At first I had no sound what so ever even through the head phone jack on the deskop until I realized I was missing some drivers.
I thought it was just a matter of connecting the desktop to monitor via a VGA cable which is how it's connected now but guess not. Hello peeps, I have a HP pavilion a1020n desktop and bought a 23'sanyo tv/monitor.
